Welcome,
A Perfect Vision, LLC was birthed with the idea that all people have the power and ability to achieve success. In a book entitled Leaders of Learning: How District, School, and Classroom Leaders Improve Student Achievement, Richard DuFour and Robert J. Marzano conclude that, "creating the conditions to help others succeed is one of the highest duties of a leader." As a leader in education, I envision fostering growth and creating opportunities for success. My goal is that all individuals can be taught important life skills that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth.
Keeping these things in mind, I sought out to empower myself professionally and fulfill what I believe is my purpose. In 2014 I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Development and Education, and a certificate in Victim Advocacy. It was an important step in my career and the building block to my latter enrollment and completion in a graduate program with a strong focus on education policy and leadership.
My career has been enhanced by working at a drug rehab center with women and their children, and interning at a homeless shelter for women and children where I implemented a summer bridge program for school aged youth. I have also facilitated a nonprofit program for low-income and homeless families and children, where I would teach parent education courses in child development and self- sufficiency before working as a first grade teacher.
I have worked with those from all walks of life and have helped many people identify and fulfill life goals. It has been such a blessing hearing personal testimonies from adults and children over the years.
My experience continues to drive my passion! I believe that empowered individuals are successful individuals which is the reason for, A Perfect Vision. Family and community involvement are a key role in educational success, and by helping families and encouraging a healthy balance between school and home life, we all are one step closer to the goal of becoming successful.
Sincerely,
Dalanika A. Raymond, M.Ed. Founder of A Perfect Vision, LLC
The great Maya Angelou once said “When you learn, teach, when you get, give.” With this in mind, I set out to teach and give to as many people in my community as possible. It is my belief that with support no person is without the resources and knowledge to become successful. I have spent many years studying different disciplines including, but not limited to; engineering, sciences, art, and humanities, in order to edify myself and gain knowledge worthy of sharing with others.
Throughout my career I have worked with many different populations of people and gained knowledge about different groups in need. From people living with autism, the economically disadvantaged, and those in colleges and universities. I have taken this experience and developed ways to help students of all ages and backgrounds better understand and build good study habits. I have also developed and assisted with a charter school basketball program, a STEAM curriculum for early childhood up to 8th grade, afterschool programs and day camps. Which eventually fueled my desire and dedication to become a part of A Perfect Vision.
It is through this program that we plan to give students the ability to see their futures ahead of them, be able to envision their own success, and understand they have unlimited potential.
I aim to give them a perfect vision for themselves, and the confidence they need to make it happen.
Sincerely,
Damion Chambers, Chief Operations Officer

I firmly believe in the mission of “A Perfect Vision” and I am committed to providing the same chances I had growing up to kids in soccer and beyond. I want this generation to dream. To dream for experiences that we want to give them. The time for action has come, and we will do our part to create those experiences for the next generation.
I spent my childhood in a largely Hispanic neighborhood in Tampa, Florida, and at a young age was introduced to “The Beautiful Game.” I was never questioned, never turned away, and never denied any opportunity. I was totally and completely accepted for the simple reason that I showed up every day, along with everybody else, to play the sport that I loved. I wanted to play, and was willing to put in the work. So not only was I accepted, but was supported in my efforts as well. I have had numerous chances to experience the diversity and opportunity that soccer brings, playing in countries such as the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, and Cuba. After growing up playing soccer, I had the opportunity to briefly live in Ukraine and travel there several times as well. I had the chance work with orphans, and many other individuals. It was amazing to see the impact that a soccer ball could have on these kids who were growing up in a country at war, and to see the difference it made to these kids to simply have the chance to play. After graduating college, I had the chance to work in the front office for Florida Tropics Soccer Club in Lakeland, Florida, helping to incorporate local youth clubs. A world away, I witnessed that same impact I had seen in Ukraine.
My desire and passion is to work for a day where anyone can have that same opportunity, regardless of race, ethnicity, background, or resources. I love my sport for the opportunities it provides around the world, and I strive to bring that to my own community. As Martin Luther King Jr stated, “We may have all come on different ships, but we’re in the same boat now.” No matter what “ship” someone comes from, I want to do whatever it takes to make sure they have the same chances I did.
Sincerely,
Josh Holmes

I'm a very passionate Instrumentalist and Music Producer. I'm motivated to teach students the language of music and help them develop their own relationship with it just as I am. I began playing drums at two years of age and piano at 13. I was also apart of my middle school band where I studied Percussion and was introduced to Mallet-Based Percussion. This introduction to reading notes and melodies eventually translated over to piano and started my journey with the melodic and harmonic side of music.
In 2013, I attended Full Sail University where I studied even more music theory and production. I have also developed my craft by playing in many different churches in the South East Region, which developed my ear for Gospel, Jazz, Rock, Funk and even Classical music. This was all due to the broad nature of Gospel Music and how it encapsulated a lot of the other genres I was also interested in.
In 2015 I had my first student approach me and ask for lessons. Although he knew some basics, he was eager to learn more about my music style and better play his favorite songs with his church band. I took up the offer and was able to have him play anything he heard after only about a dozen lessons. Since then I've been teaching other students privately and I'm excited to be working with A Perfect Vision, in order to help more motivated instrumentalists.
Sincerely,
Jeremy Smith, Music Instructor
Martha Graham, a Twentieth Century influential dancer and choreographer once said, “Great dancers are not great because of their technique, they are great because of their passion.” This quote really speaks to me because it reminds me that you need both skill and passion to be truly successful.
I have been a dancer since I was 4 years old. During my years of dance, I have learned many different styles such as ballet, jazz, tap, and lyrical. I realized I had a passion for dancing during middle school and high school. My drive was never to be perfect, or to compete with any other dancer. Instead, it was to be a better dancer than I was before and to convey this story to the audience.
Dance is an art and it is also communication. When dancing, you can tell a whole story without saying a word. Being a professional dancer was never something I dreamed of, but my ultimate desire is to teach. I am currently studying Early Childhood Education and plan to become a teacher.
By joining the team at A Perfect Vision, I my skills as both a dancer and teacher to guide and grow the next generation of dancers.

As time advances, we find ourselves in a unique part of history, a turning point in the
workforce and computation. STEM is the driving force behind these changes and by teaching
children the power of computers we better equip a generation to handle an increasingly
digitalized world. Some people, start when they are young, breaking open T.V. remotes to see
what they are made of and some folks never start at all, but working with APV LLC. has given
me the unique ability to see to it that our students start investing in their Computer knowledge
when they are still young.
I attend the University (The University of Central Florida) for a degree in Computer
Science, which will be completed the Fall of 2021. I spent time working as a scientific software
developer intern with the Department of Agriculture where I worked on some larger
government-funded projects to aid with (at the time) the spread of the Ebola virus. This
experience coupled with my university studies allows me to speak of both CS academia and the
CS workforce for which I am grateful.
I am grateful to be able to share what I know.
Respectfully,
Robbie DeRienzo, Computer Science & Gaming Instructor
